Vanguard Global Network - How You Can Be Involved

Prayer is an essential part of Vanguard's life and ministry. God has directed the formation of our mission, but it takes regular communication with Him in prayer by each person in Vanguard, so that the indwelling Christ will work through us by His Spirit to do the work He has called us to do. We believe in a powerful, prayer-answering God, who has said through His Son Jesus: "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (Mark 11:24). The Church around the world gathers in prayer often, and Vanguard's staff prays daily as well. Would you also be willing to commit to praying for this ministry regularly?

as a small group / Sunday school class
as a local church
as part of a local Vanguard Prayer Team
or in numerous other ways.

Some of the requests that will continue to be needs for this ministry while serving the Church around the world include…

That God would open effective doors for the Word in Training Seminars so that we can serve fruitfully and make His message plain (Col.4:3-4, 1Cor.16:9)
That God would use these Training Seminars and make the pastors and their churches fruitful in the process of discipleship, evangelism and ministry.
That the Church around the world will become more unified in Christ, so they are serving the world as a body and not individual parts.
That God would make His Word available around the world for the millions that do not have it, especially to pastors.
That Vanguard could develop new and useful Training Curriculum, and publish and provide additional quality Christian literature to Christian leaders.
That the younger leadership that is emerging in the world's churches would have God's wisdom as they lead God's people.
That God would provide all of the financial needs for the ministry.
That God will continue to fill and use all of the individuals who are a part of Vanguard, and that each of us would abide in Him and trust Him for all things.

To further facilitate these prayer efforts, the staff of Vanguard develop and distribute Prayer E-Blasts once a week, providing insight into the praises and requests of the ministry at large. You can ask to be on our Prayer Blast list today, and begin praying immediately.

In addition to this publication, local Vanguard Prayer Teams are being formed in various cities for those who would like to gather with others on a regular basis to pray for this ministry.
