Vanguard co-hosted a very effective Pastoral Training Seminar in Delft in the fall of 2007, training several European Missionary Outreach fellowship, Horizon Europe and university workers in how to lead disciple-making churches and fellowships, and took part in another powerful conference in Antwerp, Belgium in 2008. That process is continuing with one influential church and pastor in Delft, and we are trusting God to use it in different parts of the Netherlands and Belgium and throughout Europe in time to come.
