As part of our work in Leadership Development, Vanguard has worked to empower women and women's ministries, and to strengthen pastor's wives and women's leaders around the world.
Several Vanguard women's speakers speak powerfully to women's hearts through Discipleship training, Evangelism training, "Faith-Lifts", and other encouraging seminars. Vanguard's training has not only resulted in women coming to Christ and being edified in Him, but has trained women to strengthen other women, and has helped change the role of women in countries where this has been in question in former times.
